Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Setup:
Set up machinery for production runs, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring proper alignment. Monitoring:
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any deviations or issues. Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Make machinery adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. This may include cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts. Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and any maintenance or quality issues. Communication:
Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members regarding production schedules, machine status, and any issues or concerns.
